ARRANGEMENT FOR ATTACHING SOLAR PANELS
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to an arrangement for fixing solar panels as defined in the preamble of claim 1. Due to its versatility, the invention is particularly well suited for fastening structures to be installed on form and seam ceilings, such as solar panels, on the ceilings. The solution according to the invention is well suited for fixing solar panels to prefabricated brick-patterned sheet metal roofs and to corrugated sheet metal, profile sheet metal and substantially flat sheet metal and felt roofs. Retrofitting various structures to roofs is usually a difficult task due to the flatness and flatness of the roofs. Drilling holes in the ceiling is a risky task and must be done in such a way that the roof retains its tightness during the life of the roof.
The shaped and jointed roof is built on top of a structure formed by rafters and ribs. The purpose of the roof is to form a weather-resistant and water-impermeable structure to protect the house. Retrofitting to the ceiling can impair the protective properties of the roof.
A BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION x r Conventional mounting methods are known for attaching solar panels to the ceiling, but these D 30 mounting methods have various technical shortcomings. Known solutions use different fasteners for each type of roofing material. The problem with using known fastening solutions is that each roof type needs its own fastener. Learning to attach each type of fastener to the corresponding type of roofing material is its own learning process. For these reasons, the installation of roof fasteners for mounting solar panels according to the prior art is a slow and inexperienced task. In addition, one disadvantage is that the previously known fasteners are generally shaped so that their bearing surface against the roof is substantially narrow, whereby the load carried by the fasteners puts more strain on the ribs or other structures under the roof. This can result in damage to the roof at the bracket. The disadvantages of the shape and seam ceiling installations of the fastening solutions according to the prior art are that the installation of the rail profile used for fastening solar panels has to be done with hand tools due to lack of space, because the T-screws used to fasten the rail profile to the roof brackets in a cramped space between the rail profile and the roof, between which no machine tool can fit. In this case, the fastening nuts that can be screwed into the T-screws must be turned with hand tools, which is slow and heavy work. O e. DO 25 PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION OF
N 3 The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks 7 and to provide a new type of fastening arrangement a preferably for form and seam ceilings for fastening solar panels D30 to the roof. In this case, one object 3 is to provide a new fastening arrangement in which, in addition, the position of the fastening rails of the solar panels is such that the fastening rails of the solar panels can be fastened to the ceiling.
to the brackets in a good working position, for example with a cordless drill. In this case, the purpose is also to enable high-quality and fast installation as well as versatile, inexpensive, easy-to-use and sturdy fastening of solar panels to various roof structures. The arrangement according to the invention for attaching solar panels is characterized by what is set forth in the characterizing part of claim 1.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION to attach the mounting rail of the solar panels to the ceiling bracket. Preferably, the roof bracket is provided with two or more fastening structures for fastening the roof bracket to different roof constructions. In the arrangement according to the invention, the roof bracket is shaped so that it is easy to fasten and that the fastening surface in the mounting base is at an angle 7 which allows, for example, the use of a cordless drill to fasten the solar panel mounting rail to the roof bracket. > N One of the major advantages of the solution according to the invention is the installation speed and ease of installation due to the good workmanship.
the working position and the possibility of using machine tools. In this case, the fastening rail used for fastening the solar panels to the roof bracket can easily be fastened, for example with a cordless drill, because the fastening surface between the roof bracket and the fastening rail is not parallel to the roof but substantially perpendicular to the roof surface. . In addition, the arrangement allows the correct position of the T-screw to be checked visually based on the position of the groove at the end of the T-screw.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail by means of application examples with reference to the accompanying simplified and schematic drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows obliquely from above a preferred arrangement according to the invention on the roof of the building, Fig. 2 shows obliquely from above and from side. Fig. 3 shows a top view of the roof bracket of Fig. 2, Fig. 3 shows an end view of the roof bracket of Fig. 2 in a situation where the roof bracket 2 is about to be attached to a sheet metal roof seam, Fig. 3 D shows a top view of the roof bracket of Fig. N 30 in a situation where the attachment of the roof bracket to the sheet metal roof seam is at its final stage, Fig. 6 shows obliquely from above and from the side and partly cut to the side one of the press elements used in the arrangement according to the invention. for attaching to a sheet metal roof seam, and Fig. 7 is a side view of the roof bracket of Fig. 2 attached to the felt roof and the mounting panel of the solar panels mounted on the ceiling bracket.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 is an oblique top view of one arrangement according to the invention mounted on the roof 1 of a building. The arrangement comprises roof brackets 2 suitable in particular for felt and sheet metal roofs or similar roofs, and preferably mounting rails 3 with one or more T-grooves, on which the solar panels 4 are mounted. Figure 2 is an oblique top and side view of one of the roof N brackets 2 according to the invention shown in Figure 1. The multi-purpose roof bracket 2 according to the invention is made of, for example, a straight, planar and S uniform thickness sheet metal by cutting, punching and bending, and comprises a bent base part 2a 5a, a support part 5b and preferably two mounting lugs resembling ears 3 for the mounting rails 3 of the solar panels 4. Preferably, the base part 5a and the support part 5b are at right angles to the center of the roof bracket 2.
and form a one-piece, substantially L-shaped structure, the base part 5a of which is adapted to be placed substantially parallel to the upper surface of the roof 1.
Each mounting base 6a is bent from the upper part of the support part 5b, preferably at a right angle to the support part 5b, so that between the mounting bases 6a there is a space 6 with a support surface 6c into which the mounting rail 3 of the solar panels 4 can be fitted. Preferably, the surface of the mounting base 6a to which the mounting rail 3 of the solar panels 4 is mounted is in a direction substantially perpendicular to the base part 5a. Each mounting base has a mounting hole 6b for attaching the mounting rail 3 of the solar panels 4 to the ceiling bracket by means of a mounting member such as a T-screw.
The mounting base 6a is preferably also of the same material as the base part 5a and the support part 5b.
In practice, it is sufficient that the mounting rail 3 of the solar panels 4 is fastened to only one mounting base 6a, but the other mounting base 6a is, among other things, because the position and position of the mounting rail 3 can be easily adjusted. In addition, the two mounting bases make it possible to attach the bracket to the ceiling in either direction if, for example, due to the shapes of the roof or the roof ribs, this would be necessary. This gives the mounting holes in a different place.
N 3 The roof bracket 2 according to the invention comprises two different 7 fastening structures 7 and 8 for fastening the roof bracket 2 to different roof constructions. This feature allows the versatile use of the roof bracket 2.
The first fastening structure 7 of the roof bracket 2 comprises at least two fastening holes 7a spaced apart in the base part 5a, through which the roof bracket 2 is adapted to be fastened to the roof support structures by means of suitable fastening means such as screws.
Preferably, there are more than two mounting holes 7a, whereby the roof bracket 2 is easier to fit in place, for example, on roofs with different sizes of ribs.
Figures 3-6 show the same roof bracket 2 according to the invention as in Figure 2, but now a second fastening structure 8 of the roof bracket 2 is used, by means of which the roof bracket 2 can be fastened to a vertical seam 11 of a sheet metal roof. - for example, it is not necessary to make penetrations in the damper 12a forming the outer surface, which could, for example, cause water leaks.
The second fastening structure 8 of the roof bracket 2 comprises at least two separate clamping elements 8i and two spaced apart hole assemblies 8a in the support part 5b, which are adapted to be provided with a clamping element 8i for fastening the roof bracket 2 to the vertical roof seam 11. o D 25 8a comprises one N or more, preferably two, holes 8b in the upper part of the support part 5b for holding the upper end 7 of the pressing element 8i in place.
In addition, each hole arrangement 8a comprises a threaded fastening hole 8c for tightening the clamping element 8i D 30 against the roof bracket 2 and one or more openings 8d in the lower part of the support part 5b at one or more times in the lower end of the clamping element 8i.
shoots, preferably two, for the projection 8f directed towards the support part 5b of the roof bracket 2.
Preferably, the location and distance between the holes öb and the openings 8d are selected such that when fastening the clamping element 8i with the fastening member 8h, such as a screw from the fastening hole 8c, the hook-like support members 8e at the top of the clamping element 8i can be placed in the holes 8b the projections 8f are at the openings 8d.
In Fig. 6, the press element 8i is shown in partial section at the side so that the fixing hole 8g in the rear wall of the press element 8i is visible.
Preferably, the fixing hole 8g is vertically elongated so that the fixing member 8h of the clamping element 8i can be more easily inserted into the threaded hole 8c.
For example, the press element 8i is bent from one metal plate to a substantially U-shaped or corresponding rectangular shape in cross-section.
The roof bracket 2 is adapted to be fastened to the vertical seam 11 of the sheet metal roof by a second fastening structure 8 so that the support part 5b of the roof bracket 2 is on one side of the vertical seam 11 and the lower end of the pressing element 8i towards the support part 5b is directed towards the support part 5b on the other side.
In this case, the tin roof seam 11 remains between the support part 5b and the pressing element 8i. aa 3 30 When attaching the pressing element 8i in place, the hook-like support members 8e N at the top of the pressing 3 element 8i are placed through the holes 8b in the upper part of the support member 5b on the side of the support member 5b which does not rest on the vertical joint 11. The pressing member 8i is then tightened. , such as by screwing the fastening member 8h into the threaded hole 8c of the hole assembly 8a so tight that the projections 8f in the lower part of the pressing element 8i press firmly against the vertical seam 11 at the openings 8d and preferably cause the vertical seam 11 to deform by partially pressing the vertical seam 11 into the openings 8d. The clamping force and deformation are increased by the action of the pressing element 8i as a lever arm, the support points of which are the support surfaces 8j pressed against the support part 5b of the hook-like support members 8e at the top of the pressing element 8i. Fig. 7 is a side view of the roof bracket 2 of Fig. 2 attached to a felt roof and the mounting rail 3 of the solar panels 4 mounted in place in the space 6 of the roof bracket 2. The roof bracket 2 is arranged to be mounted on a felt ceiling or other flat roof surface by a first mounting structure 7. In this case, the roof bracket 2 is fastened from its mounting holes 7a to the upper surface of the roof 1 by means of fastening members 7b, such as screws. In the situation according to Fig. 7, the roof bracket 2 is fastened by means of fastening members 7b through the felt layer 12b of the roof 1 to the roof substructure 10, such as the rafters of the roof base S 25.
N 3 The fastening rail 3 of the solar panels 4 is a rail profile of substantially rectangular cross-section 7, having at least one elongate T-D 30 groove on at least one side surface for fastening the fastening rail 3 to the roof bracket 3 2 and having at least one elongate T-groove N solar panel on the upper surface. 4 for mounting on the mounting rail 3.
Preferably, the fastening rail 3 is fastened with a fastening member 9 placed in a T-groove in the side surface of the fastening rail 3, such as a fastening base 6a in the support part 5b with a T-screw, the fastening surface direction is preferably such that the fastening member 3 in the groove, the T-screw is substantially parallel to the bottom part 5a of the roof bracket 2 and at the same time also parallel to the roof surface. This makes it possible for the fastening element 9 to be easily tightened in place, for example with a cordless drill. In addition, the correct position of the fastening member 9 in the T-groove is easy to see visually, because the groove at the end of the T-screw indicating the position of the T-screw is very visible.
At the same time, the direction of the mounting surface 6a and its mounting rail 3 against the mounting rail 3 is such that the T-groove or the like on the upper surface of the mounting rail 3 mounted against the mounting base 3 is open upward, and the mounting surface 3 is substantially parallel to the roof 1 surface. , whereby the T-screws used for fastening the solar panels 4 are easy and quick to fasten in place.
It will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the various embodiments of the invention are not limited only to the example given above, but may vary within the scope of the claims set out below.
